Lupine and Ponderosa Pine – Icicle River

I exposed this image on Ektachrome E100VS film and because the sun had not risen yet and the sky was blue, there is a very blue tint to the film. I minimized it using Photoshop (I chose the rock as a neutral when adjusting levels because it reflected blue so the whole image shifted color) but it is still there in the shiny edges of the leaves in the foreground. I should have used E100SW or used a warm filter – 81A or B. I found that the SW (saturated warm bias to the film) that I exposed that same morning gave too cool (bluish) results too. Photoshop to the rescue. Camera: Nikon F4, Lens, Nikkor 35-135mm, Polarizer, Film: Edtachrome E100VS
